Any prescribed and appropriate use of the marks as set forth in the Gather25 Brand Guidelines and Trademark Terms of Use shall be deemed a permitted use, which permission is subject to revocation by IF:Gathering at any time in its sole discretion. Any user of the marks hereby agrees that it will not at any time challenge, attack or claim any rights of IF:Gathering in and to the marks or attack the validity of the licenses granted hereby.
